Renner and Pacheo finalize child support

Estranged couple Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheo recently came to an agreement about the financial support needed by their daughter, an article of Business Standard reported on September 8.

Reports said after their divorce was finalized last year, Pacheo argued that the 45-year-old “American Hustle” star was failing to settle his financial support to their 3-year-old daughter, Ava. Renner recently agreed to settle $16,000 worth of monthly support, reports said. Renner was also accused of posting photos of Ava on social media too often. However, he said he is “protecting” her by purposely not showing her face. Pacheo’s accountant and lawyer fees amounting to $24,000 will also be settled by Renner.

NFL player’s former partners ask court to modify child support payments

At least three Florida women with whom football player Janoris Jenkins has children recently asked the court to have their child support increased, an article of nj.com reported on June 9.

Reports state that Sontaevia Armstrong, Lakenya Campbell, and La’Tasha Jones are asking the 27-year-old cornerback for the modification after he secured a $62.5 million five-year deal with the New York Giants. Armstrong, who receives a monthly support worth $4,000 for her two children from Jenkins, asked the court to have her family relocated to a well-guarded community. Armstrong also requires Jenkins to cover all schooling and healthcare expenses for the children. Jones and Campbell both want their child support payments modified to require Jenkins to cover their child’s schooling and healthcare expenses as well. Jenkins reportedly had a relationship with the three women before he joined the NFL.

Mother of Gibson’s daughter seeking to receive $100K in child support

The mother of well-known actor Mel Gibson’s daughter is asking a judge to increase her monthly child support to over $100,000 to sustain the needs of their 6-year-old daughter, a March 19 article of Daily News stated.

Reports stated the Russian-born musician, Oksana Grigorieva, 46, is seeking to increase her current $20,000 monthly child support from Gibson, 60, to sustain the lifestyle and needs of her daughter, Lucia. Gibson reportedly fathered Lucia before he was divorced by Robyn Moore, whom he shares seven children with. Grigorieva claimed that more than half of her monthly support goes to “security” and the increase will help sustain their lifestyle of leisure. Grigorieva’s current monthly child support was awarded in a custody agreement in 2010 after Gibson pleaded “no contest” for a domestic assault charge filed against him.

$58K child support being sought from NBA star Iguodala

Professional basketball player for the Golden State Warriors Andre Iguodala is facing an increase in monthly child support payments if the mother of his daughter is successful. Reports have said the 31-year-old Warriors shooting guard is currently paying $18,000 each month, but his 6-year-old daughter’s mother, Clayanna Warthen, is seeking to raise that amount to $58,000.

According to reports, Warthen is demanding the increase in monthly payments in order to better accommodate the educational needs of their exceptionally intelligent child. In what many have seen as an attempt to attack Iguodala’s personal character, Warthen claims that he seldom spends time with his daughter. Allegations that Iguodala does not want his daughter to play basketball due to his fear that she will “turn into a lesbian” have also surfaced. The truth of these rumors remains unclear.

Billionaire’s ex asking $1M in monthly support

American hedge billionaire Ken Griffin’s estranged spouse Anne Dias Griffin is asking for a monthly child support payment of $1 million, an article by the New York Post stated on March 4.

In the court documents filed by Dias in Illinois, the 46-year-old Citadel Founder and CEO is earning a monthly net income of $68.5 million. Though Griffin blasted his former wife’s child support request, Anne stated in her documents that their children are living beyond the usual American family set up.
