A professional American mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter was recently found guilty of domestic violence charges, an article published on the Houston Chronicle‘s website on Saturday, January 18 reported. Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Patrick Marlette said Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Kyacey Uscola was guilty of battery that resulted in serious bodily injuries to his spouse or cohabitant.
According to reports, the mother of Uscola’s child suffered serious injuries, including a pierced lung, broken ribs, a fractured lumbar, and a laceration to her pancreas as a result of the assault from the 32-year-old fighter. Uscola is expected to be sentenced in Sacramento County Superior Court on February 14.
