Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif, stars on the reality TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, have announced that they will be divorcing after nine years of marriage.
Maloof, a co-owner of multiple holdings in her family’s company, Maloof Companies, is reportedly seeking primary physical custody of the couple’s three children.
The split was announced just hours before Nassif, a plastic surgeon in the Beverly Hills area, filed his divorce petition. Sources close to the couple have reported that the couple has a prenuptial agreement but that the divorce battle may be contentious.
Others close to Maloof have said that she claims that Nassif let the fame from the television show go to his head. Still others have reported that the marriage has been struggling for quite some time. The exact reason for the split is still unclear at this time.
